BSC Recognized in Gartner Hype Cycle – Digital Banking TransformationNovember 2019
Digital Banking Transformation Platforms is one of the newest additions to the annual Gartner Hype Cycle for Digital Banking Transformation 2019 (SUBSCRIPT1) report from the world-renowned analytical company, Gartner.
The report states that “banks that realize transformational benefits will be those that choose solutions that enable them to create new business models, products and services. These services will leverage not only bank systems, transactions, and processes, but also customer and other relevant data and the partner ecosystem. Digital banking platforms are a key part of what digital business technology platforms will look like in banking. “In this report, Banking Software Company (BSC), the largest banking-focused software house in the Czech Republic, was cited as a vendor.”
For BSC, being mentioned by such a prestigious authority is more than just a massive achievement, it also inspires us to continue developing from an international company into a global company. To us, this is a recognition of our work in helping banks transform to enter the digital world.
The hype cycle from the world-renowned Gartner analytical company has long served as an indicator that observes the maturity of individual industries, phases of specific trends, and prediction of further development. Various businesses across fields use these reports as an essential information source for their investment decisions and business focus.
“We feel it is a massive achievement for us to be cited by Gartner in its research about digital transformation. To us, this clearly shows that we are a globally recognized player in our industry,” says Petr Koutný, CEO of BSC. “At the same time, this mention motivates us to develop our product further and build a global partner network that will help us expand all over the world – from the United States and Western Europe to the whole MENA region, in which we see a huge potential, and beyond.”
